1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using niteshpawar.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Imprint. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, books, ebooks, course material, audio, video, images, design, code, and the “Nitesh Pawar” word mark — is owned by or licensed to the author and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, redistribute, resell, mirror, scrape, train any machine-learning model on, or create derivative works from any part of the site without prior written permission. Quotations of up to 200 words are permitted with clear attribution and a link back to the source.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without written authorization.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks (DoS, flooding, malware, etc.).
• Do not use automated agents, scrapers, or AI crawlers to harvest content for training or commercial reuse.
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing purpose.
• Do not circumvent cookie-consent mechanisms, cache-bypass techniques, or rate-limiting controls designed to protect site integrity and user privacy.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, refund refusal, and legal action.

4. Purchases, pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and, where applicable, exclusive of taxes which are added at checkout based on your billing country. We may correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled. Orders are confirmed by email; the contract is formed only on receipt of that confirmation. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider — by completing checkout you also accept that provider's terms.

5. Digital products & licences

All digital products — books, ebooks, course material, audio, and video — are delivered exclusively through in-app reading and streaming inside an authenticated member area. No downloads, exports, offline copies, or file attachments are provided, and the site does not offer a “download”, “save as”, print-to-file, or offline-sync feature for paid content. By logging in and opening the content, you expressly request immediate performance and, in jurisdictions where applicable (including the EU), waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

Each digital product is sold to a single named user under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, in-app consumption only. You may not screen-record, screenshot at scale, scrape, mirror, re-stream, re-host, redistribute, share account credentials, circumvent DRM or streaming controls, extract media via developer tools or network capture, or use any part of the content as training data for machine-learning systems. Any such activity terminates the licence automatically, may lead to account suspension without refund, and constitutes copyright infringement under Indian and international law.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the product was materially defective or could not be delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the contact page with the order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 14 business days. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

7. No financial advice

The author writes and teaches about markets, psychology, identity, and decision-making. None of the content on this site — including books, ebooks, courses, posts, or replies — is investment, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Markets carry risk of substantial loss. 11. Force majeure

12. Termination

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, you and the author agree that the competent courts of Maharashtra, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms. Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through written notice and a 30-day cure period.

14. Changes & severability

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an enforceable one that most closely reflects the original intent.
